Gym or YMCA?

 It's a little different for me,  We are living in the college town from which DH gradulated.  It is free for us.  The college is an all mens''s school so the wrestlers, track kids, and every other sport is represented there.  Seeing all the tattoos is an education in itself.    Professional equipment is great if you can afford a gym.  I would never get the same effect on my own.  A pool is excellent too, if it is heated.  You will never regret the time that you put in regular gym exercise.
