Creamed soups were on my list. I did make it with milk, though. Also Campbell's Healthy Request (but creamed soup only) drink the broth only - none of the vegs. Best wishes
I was able to add creamed soups last week and tried cream of potato. It was really good. I added some unflavored protein to it. Downside is that it was low in calcium compared to cream of mushroom or cream of brocoli.
