I was playing around this past weekend with a layered jello cup and ended up concocting this yummy layered protein dessert that is sugar free with very little carbs too.

2 Big Boxes SF Jello
2 Scoops of protein powder
2 packets of unflavored gelatin
Water or milk
NF greek yogurt or cottage cheese (optional)

Mix the first box of jello with 2 cups of boiling water until dissolved, then add 1 cup of cold water and pour into a 9 X 13 dish. Let set for about an hour or until set, but sticky.
Dissolve unflavored gelatin in 1/2 of boiling water and stir until dissolved. Mix protein powder with 2 cups of milk or water until smooth. This is where you could easily add more protein by stirring in 8 ounces of greek yogurt or cottage cheese with your protein mixture. Now combine with the unflavored gelatin mixture, stir til combined. Slowly pour on the first layer of jello and the refrigerate until set, about an hour.
Mix the remaining jello just like the first box and pour it slowly on the protein layer, then refrigerate til set---cut into squares and enjoy!

it looks good. What flavors of jello did you use? Cherry & Orange or strawberry & orance?

I used strawberry and orange---but you could use any combination, especially if you were working with a theme! I started the weekend making jello cups to resemble the Costa Rica flag for a mission dessert at church---which is why I got thinking of a way to make the dessert in a way where I could eat it too!
