I don't have Medicaid BUT I think for anything like that to be covered you have to have other issues. For the tummy tuck you have to have skin issues (rash, sores, etc) that don't go away with other treatments from your doctor. As far as a breast lift I read somewhere about back problems caused by sagging breasts.

Very unlikely. If you have a problem with rashes under hanging belly skin, they will pay to have that extra skin removed (a panniculectomy), but that is just the skin below the belly button and does not involve muscle tightening, so is not the same as a tummy tuck. Breast lifts are considered cosmetic. If you still have very large breasts and are experiencing multiple, serious issues because of the breast weight, they might pay for a lift as part of a breast reduction.
