Okay, I'm pre-surgery, so this may not be true for those of you who are post-WLS, but. . .

I just tried Nik's "yogurt cheesecake":  mixed a Greek Yogurt - Oikos - with a T. of cream cheese, squirted about a tsp. of lemon juice, and added a tad of Splenda, and I think I died and went to heaven!  That stuff is SO GOOD - I want more!

Thank you, thank you, thank you, Nik!  I like plain yogurt, but have been having a hard time getting down Greek yogurt - a little too sour for me - but this is so delicious, that won't be a problem any more.  I didn't have any fruit to put in it, but will try that next time, just to jazz it up a bit.

Ya'll need to try this:  it's great!

I will definitely be trying this!  I've been going the cheesecake pudding powder route, which is good, but this sounds even better.

For the longest I told folks to use pudding powder, but guess what? It's 5 more calories and like 6 more grams of carbs than just using a tbsp of lowfat cream cheese. Plus TO ME cheesecake pudding does not really taste like cheesecake. So this works!

Glad you liked! Someday soon I am going to figure out how to scale that version up to a summer dessert treat to serve at a barbecue or something.

tried to find it on Niki's site (to get correct proportions) but couldn't find this specific one.  Could you either list it here or post the link??

I tried the Greek yogurt with jello SF cheesecake mix but really didn't like it.
