Colonoscopy tomorrow - last hurdle?
Preparing for my EGD/colonoscopy tomorrow. Hot tea, hot chicken broth, two SF popsicles. Not too bad so far! I guess it'll be a good "taste" of how things will be prior to, and after, surgery.
I just realized that after tomorrow, all my testing will be done. The only other thing I need is a pap smear, and I'm just waiting on getting that scheduled by my pcp. Of course, I haven't heard back on a couple of tests, the cardiac and the psych eval, plus obviously, I don't know about the scoping tomorrow. I'm pretty sure cardiac is okay, but don't know about the psych clearance yet. That's the one that worries me the most.
IF everything is cleared, then I guess it's on to the next stage, insurance approval! I'm cautiously optimistic that this is actually going to happen!
