I discovered mixing cream cheese and Greek yogurt, and I have been eating that stuff every day! Someone mentioned it on this board, referencing www. bariatricfoodie.com, and I went right home and starting playing around with it. Right now, lunch is 2 tablespoons lowfat cream cheese, 4 tablespoons FF Greek yogurt, and 1/2 scoop Nectat Strawberry Mousse protein powder, and some Splenda and vanilla in there,but I don't know how much.

Add a little SF Pudding mix, Cheesecake is really good. You can mix many different flavors to it. Try that and see how you like it.
