I'm sure people have asked this a hundred times and I tried looking up older posts about it but they are so far back that I just want to be in the safe side and ask again in case things have changed. Does anyone know what over the counter meds are allowed for diarrhea? I don't want to have to call my dr over the weekend just for this. Just need to get by until Monday then I'll give them a call if I'm still having the problem. Any answers are much appreciated. Thank you in advance :) Robin.

we can take anything for diarrhea. I've always found Immodium to be very effective.

Immodium is fine and should help a lot.

Pepto Bismol is not advised.

Just one caution - regular liquid Imodium is fine, but I dumped HARD on the CVS brand - check the sugars FIRST! Hope you feel better soon!
