Yeahh..finally something to eat!
I had my two week checkup today. I've lost 25 pounds!!! I was moved to soft foods and even allowed canned chicken with light mayo and a few reduced fat crackers. Other things too..but all I could think of was that chicken!! I stopped at the store on the way home and made it for lunch!! I ate 2oz ot the chicken on five crackers..It was amazing!!! And 13 grams of protein..I've been having such a hard time getting my protein in with no real food. I ate the same chicken for dinner!! I love it! I am going to try something different tomorrow..

I saw a recipe today for tuna ( chicken) mixed with avacado instead of mayo , sounds odd but I'm going to try it , they stuffed it in peppers with a bit of cheese and baked/broiled
