You're always welcome to post on the RNY board. I don't think it would be off topic, even. Although plenty of us post off topic stuff all the time, including me.

You might want to read my other post - I wrote in detail a suggested diet that would help you out. It is basically going back to the basics - high protein - 6 times per day - eating every 3 hours -this optimizes your metabolism, decreases hunger and maintains your blood sugar.
