Damm...that was not pleasant.  I was having some pudding and I guess I wasn't paying attention to how fast it was going down...note to self.  Pay attention.

Mega dittoes, here!!

That happened to me last week...it is not pleasant at all...

It also happened to me within two (2) days after being home...I forgot that I had just had major surgery and that my pouch was now the size of a large egg...I'm taking in my fluids, took a couple gulps like I would have done maybe a week before surgery....needless to say it all came back up...but I've never been so happy to vomit in all my life!!!

my surgeon told me it was the size of the a thumb right after surgery and them stretches to an egg after a a month our so, that is why we have to start on liquids and pureeds at first and only 1 or 2 ounces at a time

be real careful and take tiny bites - I wasnt' allowed pudding until I was a few weeks out.  Liquids only for 2-3 weeks. things are healing, so take things slow - if your program allows pudding, okay but a tiny spot on your tongue at a time and swallow.  Too much and you found out, will cause pain.  A serving is supposed to be 1 ounce at this early and should take 10 to 20 minutes to eat
