Looks good!  Have you tried Greek yogurt of any brand/flavor yet?  It gives more protein, almost triple this, but is a taste/texture that some struggle with.  Give it a try if you haven't, you might like it!  Keep up the great work!!

It looks like you're doing Great for so early out. You're only mixing milk with the egg to scramble it, and not drinking with the meal right?

Caution: Watch the sugar on low fat yogurts, some are pretty high.

Now just work at getting more protein and calories and you'll be golden.

Oh, wait...just in case you're not, make sure to get 8/8 oz of fluid in a day, but I bet you're doing that.

Good Job!

Yep I'm mixing the milk with the egg. I can't get myself to even take a sip of skim milk..maybe in time. I have tried the greek yougurt and I liked the strawberry.  All we had in the house was cherry and it was discusting so I went with the youplait nonfat.  I don't seem to have any troulbe with the sugar in it.  I am drinking my 8 glasses of water.  Well...I did today.  I have been strugling but I made up my mind that I am doing it from now on!!  I just finished glass number 8!  So the two snacks of yogurt a day aren't a big deal?  I'm eating them to get the extra protein. I don't feel hungry yet so I wasn't sure if I should eat those for the protein or the protein drink..

Eating the Yogurt is fine. Yoplait has around 14 gr of sugar per container, and you're doing okay, so stick with it. Later on you can incorporate a better 2nd snack. Someone had a recipe on here using Greek yogurt that is pretty good.
Cheese Cake

cup of plain Greek yogurt - full fat or 2% fat
1 package of sugar free Jello instant pudding mix cheesecake flavor
Several tablespoons of half and half or milk to thin it slightly, if needed

Mix together, and enjoy the rich protein cheesecake cheat! Tastes like he real thing.

You can blend some fruit with a sf sweetener and put it on top for extra yumminess.

Wow, you're actually doing really well!  I couldn't go near meat that early on, other than gross pureed stuff.  I struggled for quite a while with the firmer foods like tuna, chicken, etc. and ate softer foods way too long.  My nutritionist finally asked me why I was playing it so safe!

I second the poster who suggested greek yogurt.  I couldn't stand the stuff when I first tried it, but now I consider it on my Top Ten Foods of All Times list.  :)

Today is actually the first time I have tried real chicken.  I have been eating canned chicken mixed with lowfat mayo for a few days.  I made my chicken moist by using low fat alfredo sauce.  It went down good and it was nice to feel like I was actually eating.  I have been really lucky.  I haven't had any trouble at all.  It worried me at fist but now I'm tyring to believe that I am just one of the lucky ones!!  I plan on tryng different flavors of the greek yogurt..the cherry was sour and thick.  Yuck!

It's Ragu light alfredo sauce.  I like it well enough..I'm not eating much of it. It really just makes my chicken really moist.  I ate the same thing yesterday and today.  I just recently moved on to this stage of the diet.  Before I ate the real chicken..I mixed up canned chicken with light mayo and ate 2oz with 5 reduced fat ritz crackers.  Tomorrow I might make chicken and mix it with cheese and a few mushrooms..I'm craving mushroom for some reason..
