After walking 3 miles yesterday I woke up with a swollen ankle today so I wrapped it and walked around the block. Tonight Im going to do some arm toning with resistance bands.

DAMN Paul, where was this post on Monday? I kicked ASS on Monday!

Im recovering today. Again. Guess I'll have to get my foot checked out and I just about an hour ago pulled something in my back so Im going to be hanging with some epsom salts later.

Hope it gets better. Getting my but kicked by the trainer tomorrow.

Ahhh, epsom salts... my friend, too!  I get some eucalyptus spearmint scented ones and then read on my Kindle while I soak.  Heck, hours have flown by that way... in fact, I think that's on my radar for tonight, too!

Have a good workout tomorrow and may your date with Mr. Epsom end well!
