Protein question
Just wondering something. I drink Six Star Whey Isolate, which has 30gm of protein and mix it with skim milk, which makes it a total of 38 gm of protein per 8oz drink. The question I have is with the absorption issue, will this be ok to drink at one time (38gm) or should I make a 2 cup shake and divide it into thirds, to give me about 25gm each drink. Just curious. Thanks....
