Feel like I ate too much today...what do you think??
My diet plan says to eat 60 grams of protein and under 900 calories. I've been hitting my protein goals and keeping my calories between 500 and 700..usually closer to 500. I've been losing at a pretty quick rate...tomorrow is 4 weeks and I have lost 38 pounds. Today I ate more calories...820 and my fat grams are up to 30 today..they have been at around 10. The doctor never said anything abou****ching fat at this point but 30 is quite a jump. I added beef back in yesterday and today...that explains the jump in the fat grams. Are the numbers still ok..even though my calorie count is up towards the top of allowed and the fat has jumped so much. Maybe I should just leave out the burger...I was just dying for something other than chicken and fish. What do you think?
PS...the Dr said beef starting tomorrow so I know I ate it two days early but lets just talk about the calorie and fat count of the day. :)

10 gms of sugar at a meal
3.5 gms of fat at a meal
I notice on OH that the surgeons are not all giving the same guidelines so I'd do what your surgeon has set for your guidelines.
I don't know what "full" feels like with RNY so I imagine my stomach being the size of an egg and don't eat more than that at a setting. I do feel hungry when it is time to eat but after one bite the hunger goes away. Eventually I'll use my small salad plate as my guide. 1/2 meat, 1/4 healthy carbs, 1/4 healthy grains. I can't see eating that much at this point.
