THE STRESS OF WAITING

WE SUBMITED THE PAPER WORK FOR THE APPEAL.NOW WAITING TO HEAR SOMETHING.THIS WAITING IS KILLING ME.IM TRYING TO GET THE SLEEVE DONE.DOES THIS HAPPEN OFTEN WITH INSURANCE COMPANIES?IM PRAYING FOR AN APPROVAL!

 I'm not sure of how often they have people appeal, but wanted to say good luck to you!!

What bases did they reject on? 

THEY WANTED ME TO GET A PULMONARY CLEARANCE AND THE DR'S OFFICE DIDNT SUBMIT THE COUNSELLING INFO.SO THAT HAS ALL NOW BEEN SUBMITED.

 I read a few other people on here talk about having to do an appeal on the Sleeve because it's new only been around the last 2 years as a procedure a lot of insurances won't cover it.  Mine doesn't so i'm going with the Gastric.  Plus the fact that it's new worries me a bit. 

More and more insurance companies are accepting the sleeve. I heard even medicaid is allowing.
My daughters are doing sleeve and we hear in about 4 weeks if they will approve and hopefully all three of you get approved and move on with your new lives.

I HAVE CARESOURCE.IM TRYING EVERYTHING I CAN TO GET THIS SURGERY DONE I NEED IT VERY MUCH SO.I DONT MIND THE HOOPS BUT I WANT TO KNOW ITS ALL GOING TO BE WORTH IT IN THE END.I HATE TO GO THROUGH ALL THIS AND NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT.IM VERY HAPPY FOR ALL YOU THAT HAVE GONE THROUGH ALL THIS AND HAVE HAD YOUR SURGERY.
