Thanks, everyone who offered their best wishes and encouragement on my first day back at work!!

Yes, at the end of the day I just had to sit in my truck for about 20 minutes and power nap, in a way...I was wiped out...earlier bed time tonight...

But, the structured day makes it much easier to get all my fluids in...getting all my meals in is another story...but, I'll figure it out...
