Where'd my booty go?

Mine left. Then was even worse after LBL. Once I hit the three yr mark things reshuffled. That along with intense deliberate specific workouts and I have one again. I'd still like to have a little more but it's getting there

 Squats. 10 sets of 20 a day. I do them in the shower, while cooking, drying my hair, etc. my booty has slipped a bit but I am convinced the squats lift it back up a bit.

Not encouraging, reading all these posts. I too suffer from "no-ass-atol" syndrome, and have not had surgery yet. Please tell me I won't lose MORE of the one thing I don't have.....YIKES!

Mine took off for a while, too... but now at about 27 months out, it's back.  I think after a bit of time the body redistributes what's there... but definitely squats and lunges will help the effort along.  I still have to be careful how I sit because my tailbone doesn't seem very well padded, but it's DEFINITELY better than it used to be.
