what do you take for a head ache?

Unfortunately, usually mine is a migraine so I have to take Tylenol #3. You can take anything except for an anti-inflammatory so Tylenol would be fine.

Yup, Tylenol is what I take.

so tylenol is ok but no ibuprofen or anything that says nsaid? Or does it have to be tylenol 3 I have never heard of it do I need a prescription for it?

Yes, Tylenol is OK. No NSAIDS.

Tylenol 3 is Tylenol plus Codeine, and yes, you need a prescription for it.

For a routine headache I take Tylenol. But my headaches are usually migraines and I take Fioricet and/or Imitrex. They both require a prescription.
