3 week stall & tech help needed

Hi Everyone!

I am 3 1/2 weeks out and have noticed the "stall" So glad I read about it on this board beforehand so I knew to expect it.  Just wondering how long does the stall typically last?

Also, why doesn't my surgery date come up on my posts and I am having trouble uploading a picture. It keeps saying they are too big. Help!

 I've got the 3 week stall, too. Am determined not to worry about it. I'll be more faithful about walking every day, increase my fluids--which I have a hard time getting in--and focus on my behaviors, which I can control, instead of the scale results, which I can not control.

I'm 4 years out..... started at 381 and went to 220....   weeks do not mean anything,    Stick to your diet.   Above all stay active.  Walk as much as you can.

I run 10k's and 5k's now....  unbelievable feeling when you are done.   This surgery works, but your life style has to change with it
