i HATE vegetables...how do you learn to like them??

Try cooking them different ways. Before surgery, I hated Brussels sprouts and cauliflower. I learned that roasting them makes them taste really good. Drizzle with some olive oil, salt, pepper, and other seasoning that you like and roast in the oven until they are tender. I like to let them get brown and crispy on the bottom. I can now say that they are some of my faves.

You have already identified SOME veggies that you can eat and that you like.  Why do you feel like you have to force yourself to like more of them?  Where is it written that you have to eat  number of different kinds of veggies?  If you like some raw but not cooked, eat them raw.  If you like some only cooked, but not raw, eat them cooked. Some is better than none at all (and limiting your veggies will keep your carb count down)...

Sometimes adding cheddar cheese sauce makes things like cooked broccoli, cauliflower, and asparagus taste better.
