I ran across a website (pdf) that explains portion & measurements rather well I thought. I figured I would share with you all.  It would be on pages 35-37.

After reading more of the pdf, I've found it to be actually quite informative. I think I will add this to my favorites.

This document states that 85% of patients dump.  The quote I have hear previouly is 30%.  Wonder which is more accurate?
