Craving Peanut Butter? 5days out help

Can anyone tell me if this is normal? when i'm 5days out and i can't even down 4oz of liquid yet!.but all day i wanted peanut butter my favorite..  i will start protein next week any reciepe for a peanut butter protein shake? Thanks in Advance Evie

Get some BP2 , you can mix it to peanut butter consistency or put it in your protein drink...I love it

 Yes it is normal.  Once you are allowed solid food, pure protein has peanut butter bars that are great.  My craving was cheese.

 the bars i got from walmart, target and even shoprite.  Any drug store carrys them also.  I just like pure protein because there is a lot of protein in them and they taste great.  You have to figure out which one u like the best.  Good luck.

At my store, I found PB2 with the peanut butter.  If your store has an organic/specialty foods section, I'd check there, too.  I blend the PB2 with my chocolate protein shakes.

 I ordered the PB2 directly from www.bellplantation.com you can also order it from Amazon, however Bell Plantation makes it and they ship quick!

I get my protein powder from Walmart. They carry body fortress and one of the flavors are Chocolate and peanut butter, it is very good. Give it a try you won't be sorry

 I also craved peanut butter. I just put a little on a spoon and took like 10 minutes to "eat" it.

I was too but I didn't want the sugar.  I went to Whole Foods and ground fresh peanut butter, so just ground peanuts.  Umm, yuck.  I am just not that granola yet.  So peanut butter is out for me for a while until I find one with a lot less sugar that I actually like.
