OMG... Here I am at work and I am laughing so hard and crying at the same time. I am one of those that when they start giggling I can't stop. I can't even get through the postings to finish what everyone has said.

This is exactly what I thought the first time I saw balls....

And I have nothing constructive to give. Good luck with your balls!

The protein balls I have made have 3 scoops of chocolate protien powder,  3/4 cup reduced fat peanut butter, and almond slivers.... mix the peanut butter and protein powder together. Roll in the almond slivers. Store in freezer. Only takes minutes at room temp to soften enough to eat.

Sounds good but what are the stats for these?? How healthy are they??

Okay I'm setting myself up for this one LOL but I really do want to know the calories, protein and carb counts.

Thanks Julie
