Ugh let's see. Today is day 2 of my low carb "diet" ... I decided not to wait on surgery to lose weight & figured I should go ahead and do the carb detox now so I don't have to do it after surgery. Little to no carbs makes me tired & cranky.

B= bacon & a cheese stick
L= ham, swiss & mushroom omelet
Snacks = mixed nuts & pork rinds (bleh - won't be eating those anymore)
D = will be beef & broccoli ... maybe some cauliflower "rice" on the side.

Need to drink more water too.

On a good note: My consult with Dr. Hoddinott is on Friday. Can't wait to get the ball rolling.
