Allergies

What is the best thing to take for allergies? I normally take Alka-Seltzer Plus, it says it does not contain aspirin. Do you think this would be ok to have. I went yard saling all day yesterday & today my allergies have exploded. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.

I should of known to pick something up at the store yesterday since I was outside all day & tons of people were mowing their lawns & stuff, but no all I cared about was trying to find me some smaller pants. Lol When my allergies start acting up my eyes burn & the roof of my mouth itches so bad.
