new protein bars from Celebrate
The simply bar isn't made from celebrate. I've been ordering them for awhile and they have a ton of flavors. But it's good to see them branching out and offering them to more people.
There is so much controversy with Soy. I know a lot of people who eat it and have zero issues. I think it's healthier then meat so was very happy to find a vegan bar I could eat.
One note about the bars - I think they can be a bit of an acquired taste. They are a bit drier then many bars, and not very sweet. I like them though. I had a chocolate peanut butter one today.

I was thinking it was made by Celebrate but I guess it's just a brand they are carrying now, like they carry Chike protein powder.
They won't send me a sample. I'm disappointed in them. They are usually very good about that.
I'm not worried about the amount of soy I eat, personally. With the majority of foods out there, one can find reason to believe the food is good for you and reasons to believe it's not good for you. With a few foods, it's pretty black and white, but most seem to fall into a gray area. I think soy is probably healthier than meat, but meat is not an option for me anyway for ethical/spiritual reasons. Even if it is physically/medically healthy for me, it's not spiritually healthy for me, so I won't eat it. That limits my protein choices, obviously. If I also cut out soy, I'd be living on beans and raw milk. Which I like and eat a lot of, but I do want other options now and then.
I also don't think my health issues are related to my soy consumption. I might be mistaken about that. But again, I have to eat something.
