daily vitamin check in

We are on vacation and I slept in after travel all day yesterday and staying up late.  This usually throws off my vitamins.  It is unlikely I'll get the iron in.  My iron has C with it.

My goal:                     160  reached Dec 1, 2012
Today :                       145-150

I am half the person I was in 2008.

 My day started at 22:00... I've got 4 calciums, a multi and my iron left to do before noon.

My doc set me up to 10000iu vit D daily and I'm taking b12 shots instead. 

Loving the BA calcium chews....
