Need drink suggestions!!!
Hello everyone...I need a little help! I am one of those people who can not tolerate any artificial sweetners except splenda (sucralose) so the drink options are limited. I am about 2 months out from surgery and doing pretty well except now my body is wanting something different to drink. I have been doing water (with lemon & without lemon), SF KoolAid (splenda) and Trop50 Orange Juice (10 gram per 8 ounces- but never drink that much) and now when I go to drink the KoolAid I am starting to get that nausea feeling like my body is tired of it and if I drink it I am going to threw it back any. Does anyone have any other drink suggestions that have Splenda in it.
I drink a ton of decaf iced tea. You could use Splenda to sweeten it. I also like herbal tea, both hot and iced.

Before my surgery I used to add sugar free Hawaiian Punch singles (5 calories) to water. They have a few diferent flavors and I enjoyed them very much.

Sobe 0 calorie LifeWater is sweetened with REB A (PURIFIED STEVIA EXTRACT), which is not an artificial sweetener. I love these, but I hate to have to buy pre-made bottles of stuff.
Sorry, it also uses Erythritol as a sweetner which is a sugar alcohol "produced from glucose by fermentation with a yeast,Moniliella pollinis.[1] It is 60–70% as sweet as table sugar yet it is almost noncaloric, does not affect blood sugar, does not cause tooth decay, and is partially absorbed by the body, excreted in urine and feces. ... It is less likely to cause gastric side effects than other sugar alcohols due to its unique digestion pathway." <-- wikipedia
