Ok I know its been asked before somewhere but how many carbs to you generally eat in a day? I am a food tracker so I track everything that goes into my mouth. I have been at a freaking stall for 3 months now and trying to figure out whats up. Anyways how many carbs is to many and what do you perfer to stay around? Thanks for the advice!

I used to count EVERYTHING before surgery and during banding counted everything for over 12 years BUT my daughters convinced me not to look at calories my nut wants me to count only sugars and fats no more than 5 grms of each, soooo since counting every swinging thing for years I am willing to try an easier way.
I am not saying YOU shouldn't count everything , but I'm trying something different for a while.
As to the carbs I do eat a bit of fruit and I have 3 whole grain crackers every night for a treat

I usually get between 100-140 per day, but on most days (19 of 20), all but 6 of those are fresh fruit, veggies, and milk/yogurt.

The other carb I eat is a bran crisp for the fiber. I spread my greek yogurt with preserves on it.

About once every 10-15 days I'll have a roll with dinner, or a burger on an Arnolds thin bun, but other than that my carbs are pretty much the complex stuff.

below 130 usually, but it is almost always fruit and veggies. Sometimes it's greek yogurt. Once a week I have OatFit oatmeal for breakfast.

I don't stress about carbs though, because I don't eat processed carbs like breads or pastas. I'm more sticking with whole foods (or pushing hard in that direction).
