Need Something New For Dinner

I don't like to cook either so I stick to easy things like breakfast for dinner (eggs, fruit, etc). I also recently bought frozen fully cooked burger patties. And my husband likes these fully cooked chicken breasts that are in the deli meat aisle. You could also do lazy stuffed cabbage where you just cook the ingredients together without wrapping the meat into rolls. I do the same thing with green peppers chopped up instead of stuffing the peppers.

I like no-noodle lasagna. I don't have my recipe up on BF because it is essentially the same as Shelly's on The World According to Eggface.

My default food these days (and don't laugh...I have already converted one board member) is shrimp and eggs. OMG so good!

You can make it whatever way you like and it only takes a few moments if you have some frozen shrimp on hand. I rinse mine in a collander to thaw them enough to peel then I throw some onions and peppers in a pan and sautee them with the shrimp. Fold in the eggs and some cheese and cook it all up. Lastly, I personally add a whopping tbsp of Sofrito (a jarred Mexican tomato cooking base. It's sold in most stories) and add a dollop of Greek yogurt. YUMMY!

I also tend to make and freeze chili.

Wow...I am honored that taco casserole has served you so well but I certainly understand the need for change!

OMG Nik, I think I love you!!!!

Since Hollie was kind enough to share it with me earlier, I have been on your BF website!  What awesome recipes you have!  I'm going to have to try just about all of them!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you so much for maintaining the site and sharing all of your recipes with the rest of us; that's a lot of work you're done!

Not so sure about the above egg n shrimp thing. . . .I'll have to think about that one lol, minus the egg it sounds really good though, kinda like a cheezy shrimp stir-fry!

Nope...the egg is essential! LOL. Seriously. It sounds weird until you try it and think...dang...this is REALLY good!

There are several recipes on BF like that. Took folks a while to try them and once they did...love!

Glad you like the site, It wasn't work though. I mean...I was eating...lol.

Hmmm... taco casserole.  Might be dinner soon... I have zucchini coming out of my ears right now in the garden!
