Chewables at Trader Joe's

Hey all. During my psych****onsult, the psychologist suggested that I start my vitamin regime now. Now, I've really been struggling with all the money involved in this process (I know it's a common problem) but all the extra doctor visits (co pays), all the extra tests (more co pays!) and all the excess stuff is really putting a dent in my wallet - and my flex benefits (I've already spent all the funds I sat aside for the YEAR!)
Anyway... to save money, I've been researching the vitamins. Well, today at Trader Joe's I found that they sell a great deal of chewable vitamins - I was in a hurry and didn't completely check them out - but I wanted to pass along the information.
Personally, I expect to take on the bariatric vitamins post surgery - but for the pre-surgery stuff I was thinking of incorporating the Trader Joe's vitamins to save a bit of money.
And bonus - I do GREAT buying good, healthy foods at Trader Joe's. And bonus - most of them are in the frozen foods section - so they are super easy to make - either throw it in the microwave, stove or oven!

Trader Joe's is a supermarket that started in California as a small local chain. But it has been going national. I think right now it's mainly centered on the East and West Coasts. Think Whole Foods, but cheaper and with lots of prepackaged foods - especially in the frozen section.
Thanks for the information on the vitamins. I've been window shopping at Sam's, Walmart, Costco, GNC & Seattle Super Supplements to get some ideas as to the costs of vitamins, supplements & protein powder. Never thought about Trader Joe's. There's one just a few miles from my house. I like their stuff. Kinda spendy & trendy, but they do have quality products. I'll check for the chewable vitamins next week.
