Veins

One of this months goal is to start working out. I like to work out, it's just getting it started. Any ways I started doing little things off the Jillian Micheals workout videos that I remembered( at my own pace). I know I didn't over do it, but I woke up the next morning and I have a lot of broken veins now(most of them in my legs). They look like crap. I weight 249, and I did all these vidoes before and diet and such and lost wieght with no problem. Why could my veins be breaking. Any thoughts who be great.
