UPDATE- Protein and Vitamins

Just wanted everyone to know I have been taking my vitamins and getting my protein in (at least 80g) for the last week solid. I had only 1 day where I didnt get 80g of protein but I got like 75g I think. I was upset with myself about that. But for someone who hasnt been getting no more than 35-40g if I was lucky that is a big improvement. I got a small notebook that I write down what I eat or drink in for the day with calories and protein amounts in it.
I just wanted to thank you all for kicking my butt!! I really needed that and my husband, *****ad all of your guys' replies has kept up the work for you and been kicking it as well. Thank you all so much!!!
Because of this I have lost 10 more pounds and down to 286. Im wearing a size 18 in jeans!! I cant remember the last time I wore that size.

Yes I am using shakes. I have too! I got samples of click and chike. I also bought sugar free muscle milk. 100 calories for 15 g.
