I continue to learn from you.

I never take the right amount of iron. So, ok...my multi doesn't have iron and my bariatric iron supplement has 29mg. Should I be taking two?

Probably.  But have your iron levels been good on the amount you're currently taking?  If so, I'd probably just stick with it.

 Yeah...interestingly enough I was anemic pre-op. Post-op my iron levels have held up well. They aren't quite in the middle of the normal range but they are in there as opposed to before surgery when I was always below benchmark.

I think I should probably be taking the proper amount though. Iron is just so HARD to take. I eat a lot of dairy and drink a lot of coffee! Time for some lifestyle changes...
