All I have left is my iron and C before bed.  Hee hee, plus I took an EXTRA dose of calcium because I really wanted a chocolate creamy bite after dinner!

Not feeling great today so got another late start on vitamins.  Got about half in.  I hope I soon shake these tired days.

My goal:                     160  reached Dec 1, 2012
Today :                       145-150

I am half the person I was in 2008.

all in .... I splurged today myself and had creamy bites for all 3 calcium. Can't afford that too much though - financially OR calorically!
