raspberry Greek yogurt

For lunch today - Greek yogurt (unfortunately not homemade, I need to make some more but bought some at the store because I needed some now), a little Splenda, da Vinci sugar free raspberry syrup, and some fresh raspberries.  Yummy!

That does sound good!!

I had a small chicken breast. Protein -yes, filling-yes, bland-yes! LOL! I gotta get more creative!!
