 L: Salmon Patties w/ spanich & tomato salad
D: Roasted Chicken with Kale

If necessary I will have a protein shake, because I am going roller skating with my 12 year old daughter tonight :)

Happy Wednesday :)

B: two egg whites, string cheese, banana

S: yogurt, apple

L: Spinach salad, grilled chicken

S: cottage cheese w/ sugar free strawberry jam

D: Going out for Greek food with by best friend! Griled chicken w/ taziki sauce, 1/2 pita and salad

S: maybe a 100 cal ice cream sandwich

movement: 45 min walk along the trail or Jillian work out DVD (much rather walk, jillian kicks my butt!)

L-Chicken sausage in chipolte monterey jack variety, 10 blue corn flax seed tortilla chips (the Archer Farms brand at Target, quite yummy), cheese stick
S-sf butterscotch pudding
D-Pork chop, some bean of some sort

Well I am TIRED this morning because my lil heffa...er, Diva...kept me up all last night. She's having a hard time adjusting to having a room by herself for the first time in her life and feels she needs to wake me up for every bump, creak and blow of the wind. Somewhere around 2 a.m. I recall cursing her out. Poor kid. But seriously? You are 10. You can get through this!!!

Anyhoo...today is work. Not sure if I'm going to church dinner. Maybe.

1. Greek yogurt with hazelnut syrup and Fiber One

2. Hot Click at about 10

3. Veggie chili

4. Not sure I need but if I do maybe another Hot Click or I have these little protein tomato soup packets that I like (strangely cuz I have NOT been liking Frakenfood lately)

5. If I go to church dinner, whatever they serve me. If not, then I have left over Salisbury steak and I'll make some broccoli to go with.

My food intolerance issues are continuing.  Running after just my coffee (with creamer, but come-on!).....   This must end soon.  I am hungry.

 I am tired today....had a hard time getting up and going this morning.

Breakfast- 1 egg over easy , 1/4 c black beans, 1 slice american cheese and Grande iced coffee

Snack- It's free slurpee day @ 7-11.  I  am planning on getting a sf mango one at some point today,

Lunch- left over grilled chicken and spicey bean dip

Snack- fresh pineapple

Dinner- probably some left over ribs or grilled chicken, more spicey bean dip.  I feel like we will be eating leftovers all week!

I am hoping to go for a run tonight or maybe if it is nnice the driving range!  I love Spring and Summer!

Lunch - Haven't thought that far ahead but probably a turkey cobb salad
Dinner - Going out to Italian to celebrate a friends birthday - probably some form of chicken dish

Totally OT, but Peanut is that a Neo Mastiff?!?  They are so beautiful!  I have two English Mastiff Rescues and LOVE them to death. 

OK.  Becdause I responded I feel like I have to say what my meals are today :)  And note, that I AM preop!

B - Strawberry Fage Greek Yogurt
S - Low Fat String Cheese
L - Rosmary Ham and Cheese on Sandwhich thin & apple
S - Celery with peanut butter and raisens
