share your best tip for getting your protein in
The ASMBS recommends 1500-2000 mg calcium citrate. I would not take more than 2000 mg.

This is a great thread, I have never been able to do shakes. I have not tried them all but after many dollars spent on one scoop toss outs. Yuck. If I think a day looks low I just make sure I plan in fish or a quest bar as a meal or big snack. Will see at my first labs how well this has worked. My doctor would not even give me a number for calories or protein at my post-op visit. After my first blood work and 5 months out, we will be having a more detailed chat. I plan to print my myfitnesspal numbers and take them along for review. I can't complain about my weight loss, but am in this for the long haul.
