299 is a good number -  After a brief stall I made twoderland today. Feels good Thanks to all my friends here for the support.  

Six months with before and after photos -   Ok so six months and 3 days post op to be exact. Scale this morning was 302.5 so down 151.5 pounds since first doctors visit. Feeling good. 

NSV new clothes -   My fiancee went shopping for me today.. 2xl fits well down from 4-6 xl I think I had lost my pants one too many times for her. Only thing that has to go back is a 2xl compression...

100 days post op -   That's me 100 days and 120 pounds gone. How do you celebrate something like that, me I went to the gym.  Just want to say thanks to everyone here that has helped me so far. 

Had to move my ticker -   I am at a point that was a goal. As I tell my friends I now weigh less than my refrigerator..lol I never thought I would get here this fast, but since I did I moved my ticker way...

Parmesan Crisps -   I love these things, easy to make a slight crunch and 21 calories each. Not sure who recommended I try these but Thank You.

I'm not hungry -   I have had so few times in my life I have thought "I'm not hungry" While I'm not, not at all post op. Just thought I would share how amazing that is for me.
