Got 'em!! Lovin the alarm!
Woke up and took my multi and calcium
Had my iron, B12, and probiotic at lunch.
Had another multi and calcium at dinner.
Will take my third calcium and D3 at bedtime.

I don't think there is a definitive answer for that, but it is probably best to separate them. We can only absorb so much of some vitamins and minerals at a time, so if we take both multis together, we may not absorb everything.
