I'm running behind schedule because my stomach's been upset the last two days. Last night I ended up not taking my bedtime vitamins and meds because I was just too nauseous. Today I didn't take my morning meds and vitamins until lunch time. I'm getting ready to take my dinner time dose, and then I'll still need one more calcium and then my iron and C at bedtime, if the nausea stays gone. I don't know why I'm so nauseous. I ate a new kind of protein bar yesterday afternoon and got nauseous after that and thought maybe it was from something in the protein bar, but that would have worn off long before now.

Ack. I'm a bit behind myself. I took my morning vits, my multi and calcium.
I pocketed my afternoon vits (iron, probiotic, B complex) so I'd have them while the kids and I were out running errands. I never took them. So I'm going to take them now.
I'll take my bedtime vits (multi, calcium, D3) in about 3 hours, and I will have just missed my dinnertime calcium for the day.
