I have been taking Centrum chewables and decided to change to pill form and was looking for a vitamin without iron so I could take it with my calcium (which by the way I'm looking to change to pill form also, so if you have any suggestions, let me know).  Anyhow I found Theragran-M at Walgreens and it looks like a good vitamin and so far I have tolerated it well.  The following is the vitamins one tablet has (let me know what you think):

From everything I've read there really isn't a problem about taking a multivitamin with iron... you won't get any benefit from it, but it won't affect your calcium absorption. You should not take iron with your multivitamins and calcium, it should be taken separately so you can better absorb it.
