Compression garments/body suit

I haven't looked for anything like this in 20 years but I'm going to need something under the dress I wear to my son's wedding in a few weeks.  I need it to control my stomach, compress, especially now that there's a lot of loose skin and it's not so solid.  

What's the latest in such things?  What do you recommend?  Last time I bought one it was a onesie kind of thing that snapped at the crotch with a built-in bra (which I didn't fill out well, but that's one of my body issues, small breasts).  Any thing that ends at the waist will probably cause muffin top, and if it covers the midriff but stops at the bra, I'm almost positive it will just roll down.  I don't have a waist to speak of.

But I'm also thinking I'll wear this only once or twice, and then will lose enough weight that it won't fit.  So, any advice?

OH WAIT!  I just looked at the Spanx website.  I had never seen their bodysuits before.

Okay, anybody got recs other than spanx?  Thanks!

I have one of these slim vests by Squeem (got mine from Amazon) and it has straps but fits below the breasts all the way to my hips. It gets rid of stomach and back bulges. Plus, you wear your own bra.
