Thought I had food poisoning at first, but not so sure now. Seemed like it was a little better but not today.  My pouch gets crampy and sensitive as well as my lower abdomen. This started late Sunday and I'm still miserable today.

Could an ulcer be causing this?

I won't comment on your question about an ulcer, since I'm not a medical professional.  If you continue to feel really bad, contact your doc.

I did have a "picky pouch" for months, and have found that when everything is out of sorts, I go back to protein shakes (not fruity ones) for a day or two, and start the food progression all over again.  I found Unjury Chicken Soup worked well for this - it has some salt, and is very easy for me to digest.

Everything is on fire from the pOuch down. I want to sit on a bag of ice but it seems to easing up a bit for now. I had a coffee this morning and my system went nuts. I've been eating things that could be too acidic so I'm going to be very careful for the next few days to see if it helps.

I have unjury chicken in the pantry and I'll give that a go as I haven't had it in a while

Ulcer is usually pain up high in your abdomen or your chest. Sounds more like a problem with lactose, sugar or fat in your diet.
