Went to the doctor today and down 22 lbs in 6 weeks.  i asked him about going back to the gym and he told me to knock myself out.  I went back and saw my trainer, who was wondering where I had been.  I hadn't been to see him since November because I was having such a problem with my plantar fasciitis (which by the way has not been bothering me since weight loss).  Here are the measurements from 11/14/2011 and today:

really awesome numbers! i haven't started exercising at 3 wks out and was wondering when to pick it up. thinking about doing yoga next week to warm up. you have inspired me!

I'm a nurse and I waited for the doctor to give me clearance for weight lifting and cardio.  i don't see why you couldn't do yoga.  you know how far your body can move.  I didn't realize how hard my workout was until I did it today.  Good luck.
