Thanks! People tell me I look like I weigh less than I do but I don't see it yet. I really appreciate the compliments and encouragement from everyone. Thanks! As for what I did... I did (still do) 2 protein shakes with milk every day. I take my vitamins daily/weekly as per my doc: calcium, b-complex, b-12, multi, vit d, and iron. I followed the plan the best I could but I would eat more if I felt like I needed it. I only walked for the first 7 months and really just started jogging, lifting, recently. It's not magic or anything I did in particular...I just followed the plan and tried to listen to my body. I'm not sure if that helps but it's what I did. Thanks again for all the support. It means more than I can say. :)

Some days I would just walk up the block and then slowly but surely I went a little longer/farther and then stated doing a 3 mile loop then made it to a 5 mile loop. I would walk 3 days a week and just tried to enjoy it. That's the key. Once I found a route that I liked it made the exercise easier and I started to look forward to it. Now, I go to the gym regularly and still go for walks outside. I feel better when I'm done even though I still fight it many days. One day, one step at a time...
