WOW you look awesome, YOU SOOOO ROCK!!!! You also look like you weigh less then you say you are and to drop 135 pounds in 10 months!!!! PLEASE share what you did.... workouts/ amount of protien in/ foods/ vitamins??? Please ....

Thanks! People tell me I look like I weigh less than I do but I don't see it yet. I really appreciate the compliments and encouragement from everyone. Thanks! As for what I did... I did (still do) 2 protein shakes with milk every day. I take my vitamins daily/weekly as per my doc: calcium, b-complex, b-12, multi, vit d, and iron. I followed the plan the best I could but I would eat more if I felt like I needed it. I only walked for the first 7 months and really just started jogging, lifting, recently. It's not magic or anything I did in particular...I just followed the plan and tried to listen to my body. I'm not sure if that helps but it's what I did. Thanks again for all the support. It means more than I can say. :)

Thanks, How much did you walk??? So far I have only been able to walk 1.1 miles on the weekends for about 30 mins. when I take my kids to the park with the track...

Some days I would just walk up the block and then slowly but surely I went a little longer/farther and then stated doing a 3 mile loop then made it to a 5 mile loop. I would walk 3 days a week and just tried to enjoy it. That's the key. Once I found a route that I liked it made the exercise easier and I started to look forward to it. Now, I go to the gym regularly and still go for walks outside. I feel better when I'm done even though I still fight it many days. One day, one step at a time...
