 Hey there,

I've seen a few articles and youtube vlogs mention  methyl sulfonyl methane  (MSM) for helping restore skin elasticity and helping prevent too much excess skin post-op.

Just wondering if anyone else has doen any research or has any experience with it.

Paul...you're too funny. I saw a YouTube video from AmySDMom a while ago and she mentioned that she uses/used MSM. I've yet to find it at my local Walmart, so I have no idea whether it works or not.

i use msm but i havent had surgery to tell you if it would work on helping with sagging skin i use it to prevent wrinkles seems to be doing a great job at that lol.  make sure u get msm that is distilled and not crystalized the crystalized can and probably does have impurities in it. i get mine from http://www.youramwell.com/aboutmsm.html
