What are steps following sleep study?

I am having a sleep study tomorrow night and I'm sure I'll be diagnosed with sleep apnea (whether I actually have it or not). Can anyone tell me how this could delay my surgery? Once I get the diagnosis, what are the next steps? I'm not sure what to expect. I was hoping to have surgery June 18th, but now I'm not sure that will be possible.

Never mind ..... I finally searched with the right words and I'm finding better information from previous posts! So much good information here at OH!!!

What did you use for the search? I am having my sleep study next Thursday and have been wondering the exact same thing. Thanks.
