I was able to volunteer with 8 Days of Hope for all 8 days!!! I would not have been able to do this before surgery. It has been exhausting but so much fun. We were able to assist 120 families rebuild their homes from hurricane Irene damage. Praise the Lord!!!

This is wonderful. My spouse and I have helped with Christmas in April where we help homeowners with maintenance on their homes (paint, roof, windows, etc.) but we've never helped build homes.
